Hello, I’m Regina! A publicist by experience and passion—although university wasn’t part of my path, life led me to this profession, which gradually became an extension of who I am. I learned through practice, through mistakes, successes, and a lot of dedication, to communicate ideas that touch people.

I created this blog as a space to breathe—for myself and for those who need it most. After firsthand experience with sensitive mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and even the exhaustion of burnout, I found a way to seek relief and healing, to share my experiences, and to welcome those also going through these silent storms.

This is a space dedicated to sincere conversations about what ails us, but above all, about what makes us feel good. We discuss health and well-being with lightness, responsibility, and affection. And since caring for the mind and body also involves pleasure and art, entertainment also has its place: movie and series reviews, music that touches the soul, suggestions for calmer days.

This blog is for everyone seeking balance, self-care, and connection—without any miraculous promises, but with the certainty that acceptance is already a big step. Here, we share, learn, and journey together.
